When scoping custom session audits or multi-platform evaluations, our rates are calculated based on three operational factors:
- Journey Complexity & Decision Nodes: Linear flows (such as email newsletter subscription) require less analysis time than multi-branch transactional workflows (such as insurance quotes or loan applications).
- Platform & Device Distribution: Separate evaluations across native iOS, native Android, and responsive web viewports require independent telemetry calibration and recording triage.
- Session Replay Volume & Data Cleanliness: Projects where telemetry event tagging is already well-structured allow our researchers to isolate drop-off cohorts more rapidly.

Payment Terms & Engagement Schedule
- Initial Deposit: 50% upon project kickoff and NDA execution.
- Final Balance: 50% upon delivery of the final diagnostic report and completion of the interactive walkthrough.
- Invoicing: Billed in USD or THB equivalent via standard bank wire transfer.
